Grants Program / Social Policy: Challenges of the XXI Century

Within the Fourth competition, the traditional research directions were redefined, new priorities were added reflecting the change in the social and economic situation in Russia (the problems accompanying the restructuring of industrial enterprises, the significance of demographic processes, the inevitable opening up of the Russian economy and its gradual entering the global economy, etc.):
- economic behavior and adaptability of different social groups in the changing environment;
- operation of the labor market and employment policy under economic growth;
- reform of the system of social protection and social sphere (education, medical care, housing, culture, etc.): social and economic implications and effects;
- social aspects of the restructuring of industrial enterprises;
- social policy in the context of demographic processes;
- social consequences of Russia's integration into the world economy.
